Add a landing page within the Proposal Editor
Please note: You need to enable this toggle in Settings → Labs in order to activate the feature. Click here to learn how.
Add a landing page or customized content within the Presentation step of the Proposal Editor. Under the Landing page heading, click + Add landing page.
A pop-up will open with the magic link to copy and a field to add a URL for the landing page. Click Add.
After adding it to the proposal, click 'View' to preview the landing page as the client would see it. Click the three dots → Edit, Remove or Copy the magic link.
Update branding settings
Once the feature is enabled, navigate to the Branding tab to add the default landing page and access the magic link to add to your page.
Default landing page
Add a default landing page that seamlessly directs clients to your beautifully designed webpage for easy proposal access. This URL can be a business introduction page, sales presentation, or document to make a strong first impression and smoothly guide clients to their proposal.
As the default landing page, this will be the landing page added to all newly created proposals. The landing page can be previewed, edited or removed within the proposal editor.
Set up the magic link
The magic link bridges your landing page and the proposal. You must add this link to a button or element on your landing page to redirect clients to their proposal.
See the screenshot below for an example of a landing page with a View proposal embedded button.
Your client's experience
When you send a proposal via email, your client will receive an email notification with a Review and Sign button. Clicking it takes them to the landing page, where they can open their proposal.
Enable the feature in beta
The Custom landing page is currently available as a public beta. To opt into the public beta, navigate to Settings tab → Labs → toggle on the Custom branding landing pages feature.
Only the admin users can join the beta.
Once enabled, this beta feature will be available in your Ignition account.
