The Adjust active service prices in bulk feature allows you to efficiently update service pricing across multiple clients who are actively being billed for that service.

How to use the bulk active service prices feature
To get started, navigate to the Services tab to view a full list of your services. Under the Active Services heading, you'll see a count showing how many clients are currently being billed for each service.
Use the search function to quickly locate a specific service. Once you've found it, select the service to begin adjusting its pricing.
Click Adjust Pricing under the Active Services heading to begin making changes.
Click Let’s go! to start the process. You’ll see a list of the current prices for that service across all active clients. From there, you can update the pricing for individual clients as needed → click Update.
If you want to notify your clients about the changes, enable Send Email Notification to compose a message. If you'd prefer not to send a notification, simply leave this option off.
When you're ready, click Next to save your changes. The updates will be applied immediately and take effect in all future billing cycles.
You can review all changes you've made in the Activity section of the service on the client's file for full visibility into who made the changes, the changes made and when.
