You may come across an issue where you have included a service in your proposal that is not linked to a job template in XPM, but a job was still created for this service in XPM.
This can happen if you create a separate job group in Practice Ignition and add the non-linked service to this job group. In the image below, the Xero Subscription service is not linked to a job template in XPM, but has been added to a separate job called "Software":
The solution to this is to add the non-linked service into the existing job group and delete the extra job group so that it does not trigger the creation of a blank job in XPM:
