Ignition does not offer immediate phone support. Our preferred method of providing support is via our conversation tool (powered by Intercom) or via email help@ignitionapp.com. Why have I been logged out of my account?

Ignition employs a 12 hour inactivity limit, once a day. This means that if you are logged in and have been inactive for 12 hours, the system will log you out for security reasons.
