How do you manage a client once they sign their proposal? There are lots of business, workflow, project, and task management apps out there. Thousands in fact.

Some of them are geared towards accountants and bookkeepers, such as Karbon and Xero Practice Manager (XPM). Ignition directly integrates with both.

But what if you want to use a more general-purpose platform?

You might want to look at using Teamwork.

Step 1 - setting up Teamwork

Before you connect Ignition to Teamwork, you'll want to create task list template(s) in Teamwork for each of your common services.

For example, if you provide monthly bookkeeping services, create a monthly bookkeeping task list template in Teamwork so your staff can check off tasks as they complete the bookkeeping for the client each month.
