Introduction

On July 1, 2022, we’ll be increasing our subscription fees and ACH payment rates on most plans for the first time in four years.

Note: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan before 1 July, the new payment rates will come into effect immediately.

The changes reflect the significant product investment we’ve made in the last 18 months such as:

  • Building a brand new proposal experience to help you sell your services

  • Introducing more flexible billing options so you can meet all your clients’ diverse needs

  • Giving you more ways to get paid so you never have to worry about cash flow

We're also standardizing payment fees across all Ignition plans so that you always get the best rates, while increasing our ACH fees to bring this in line with the industry.

Changing our prices means we’ll be able to continue re-investing in our platform to make your experience even better with new features like making it easier to price your services consistently, renewing client engagements, and staying compliant in the ever-changing regulatory landscape.

FAQ

When will the pricing and payments changes take place?

You’ll be charged the new subscription fee from July 1, 2022 on your next billing date. Any payment transactions processed from July 1, 2022 will also be charged at the new rates.

Are the plans changing as well as the pricing?

No. All features and inclusions for each plan will remain the same. Explore plan details here.

I’ve signed up with a plan discount. Will my fees still change?

You’ll still receive a discount for the period that it’s valid, but the discount will be calculated off your new monthly plan fee from July 1, 2022.

I am an existing customer on a monthly plan. Will I get charged the new pricing?

You’ll be charged the new subscription and payment fees on your next billing date from July 1, 2022 (some exceptions may apply).

If you’d like to maintain your current subscription fee pricing, talk to your account manager about switching to an annual plan before July 1, 2022.

I am an existing customer on an annual plan. Will I get charged the new pricing?

You’ll only be charged the new subscription fee on your annual plan renewal date after July 1, 2022.

For example, if you signed up in January 2022, you’ll be charged the new annual plan fee in January 2023. You’ll still be charged the new payment fees from July 1 as these are charged monthly.

What is the difference between standard and premium cards?

We're making changes to how we charge you for different types of credit and debit cards, which will be classified as either standard or premium cards.

Standard cards include most standard MasterCard, VISA credit and debit cards.

Premium cards include most AMEX, corporate and specialty rewards credit cards.
