Proposal Label

Customize your client-facing Ignition content with your own wording—no more default proposal language.

You can now customize what your proposals are called when shown to clients—giving you more control over your branding and language. Instead of being locked into the term “proposal,” you can rename it to something that better fits your business, like engagement letter, contract, or agreement.

How to customize your proposal label

This feature can be enabled via Labs. Learn more here.

  1. Go to General Settings in Ignition

  2. Enter your preferred label for proposals

  3. Save your changes

Once updated, your new label will automatically appear anywhere your clients see it, including:

  • The signing experience

  • Email subject lines and content

  • All other client-facing areas where “proposal” was previously used

This helps ensure your documents and communications feel consistent with your brand and the way you speak to clients.
