If your business, or one of your clients, needs to confirm Ignition's payment security for PCI DSS requirements, this article covers how payment details are protected and how to get the supporting documents.
How Ignition protects payment details
Payments in Ignition are processed by a third-party payment processor that has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor. It is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available.
Credit card and direct debit details are never stored by Ignition. Sensitive payment details are sent directly to the payment processor over secure SSL connections, and are not logged or stored in Ignition's systems.
How to access Ignition's compliance documents
Ignition's security and compliance documents are available through the Ignition Trust Center.
Go to the Ignition Trust Center.
Sign up and submit a request for access.
Once your request is approved, view and download the documents you need.
Note: Access to documents is approved manually, so you won't be able to download them straight after signing up. If your client needs these documents, you can share the Trust Center link with them so they can request access directly.
