The proposal editor currently supports Karbon and Zapier workflow integrations. These are managed in the background and will not show in the Automation step.

Our New Proposal editor now supports our Xero Practice Manager (XPM) integration so you can set up workflow directly on the Automation step within the New Proposal Editor. Please click here for more information!

For now, if you are not using our new XPM integration, you can skip this step and go straight to the Presentation step.

If you have Karbon connected, you will be able to access your Karbon client list in Ignition as well as deploy Karbon work items directly from the Automation step in the proposal editor.

You are also able to assign work items to your team, and set start and due dates.

Once your proposal is accepted, Ignition will deploy these work items to Karbon and you'll then need to manage the work items in Karbon directly.

If you wish to use Zapier with Ignition, head to your Zapier account to connect your Ignition. All Zapier workflows are managed in the background and will not show in the Automation step.
