Adding more details or updating your customer's profile has never been this easy. Ignition allows you to make changes to your client whether it's for a single entry or in bulk!
How do I do this?
To edit a client's details, go to Clients on the left panel. Search for the client you wish to edit in the Search bar, then click on the client's name to open the record.
Note: You can also update your client's payment details on the Billing Schedule tab if you are using Ignition Payments. Learn more here!
Once in the client record, click the Edit Client button which will open a slider on the right-hand side.
Here you can edit the client details. Under the Client details section, click view more to add a Partner, Manager, Fiscal Period End, Tags and Notes. Under the Contacts section, see the contact salutation, addressee, mobile, and phone number by clicking view more. To add additional contacts, click + Add Another Contact.
To edit the Business Company number, TFN, website and address details, go to the Company tab within the client.
To customize client email notifications, go to the Email Preferences tab. Click here to learn more about client emails.
To see the connected apps details for the client or to change who they are mapped to in a connected ledger, go to the Apps tab.
When you have finished editing, remember to click Save Client at the top.
