Introduction

On November 20, 2023, we introduced new subscription plans with an increase in our subscription fees on most plans. The new plans are available to new Ignition customers, or existing customers who choose to change their plan.

Why?

In the last 12 months, we’ve launched several new product features to bring more value to customers, and have launched new plans and pricing to reflect that. This includes Instant Bill, bulk proposal creation and renewals, automatically raising prices when renewing agreements, new payment options and more.

What’s changed?

We’ve made changes to some plan inclusions as well as pricing. Our annual plans also now offer greater savings compared to monthly plans. We’ve also introduced an additional fee for direct debit/ACH/PAD payments above a certain threshold.

Existing customers wishing to change plans

High value bank account fee

For Ignition customers on the new plans, Ignition may charge an additional fee on large bank account payments. An extra fee of 0.3% will be added only on any amount above $3,000 (or £2,000 for UK Direct Debit payments). This fee only applies to bank account payments; it does not apply to card payments.
