Before getting started, you’ll need to have:
Class tracking turned on within your QuickBooks account
The QuickBooks integration in Ignition is Enabled, set to Automatically create invoices in QuickBooks and have tracking classes enabled.
QuickBooks classes in Ignition
QuickBooks classes can't be created or edited within Ignition. Classes are only available on services that are imported to Ignition from QuickBooks.
Setting QuickBooks services and classes one-by-one
Here’s how you set tracking categories on a services one-by-one in Ignition. Just repeat this process for each service client you want to set tracking categories on.
Navigate to your Services tab and open a service.
Click the Apps tab and select the relevant service from QuickBooks. The corresponding class will populate. Click Save.
QuickBooks classes on invoices
Classes in QuickBooks will be visible in the invoice details drawer within Ignition.
Additionally, if a service includes a class in QuickBooks, it will also appear on the QuickBooks invoice.

No, changes to QuickBooks classes can only be made in QuickBooks directly. The changes will then be reflected in Ignition.
