The AI-powered suggestion is the estimated optimal price point to optimize revenue and proposal acceptance rates. However, please use your own judgement and business context that may not be considered by the AI.
For better insights, please provide as much detail as you can in your service description. This will assist the AI in providing you with more accurate pricing depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
Please note: This is not a benchmark of industry or services. This feature provides a tailored AI-powered suggestions based on your specific service and data at that point in time. It does not consider discounts nor the client’s current active service, however, the model may be improved in the future to do so.

It primarily refers to the range that is highlighted in green.
See the table below for extra detail:
Confidence level | Definition |
Low confidence | There’s a lot of variation in data, so the AI-suggested price range is wider than normal (e.g. $1000-$5000) |
Medium confidence | There's some variation in our market data, so the Al-suggested price range is moderately wide and within expectations. (e.g. $2000-$3000) |
High confidence | We have a lot of consistent data, so the Al-suggested price range is narrow. (e.g. $2000-$2500) |

How does Ignition Price Insights differ from other AI tools?
Ignition Price Insights is powered by something no other AI tool has: aggregated Ignition proposal data. That means your pricing insights are grounded in what clients actually pay — not surveys, guesses, or generic benchmarks. By leveraging this proprietary dataset, Ignition delivers tailored, AI-powered pricing insights you simply can’t get anywhere else.
How does Ignition Price Insights come up with the pricing suggestions?
Ignition’s Price Insights benchmarks your service pricing, suggests an optimal price point, and explains the reasoning—using real-world proposal data from businesses like yours.
It analyzes your service name, description, and billing type, and compares your service to similar offerings from comparable businesses. It also factors in your location, industry, and business size to benchmark the price range and suggest a tailored price. You’ll see the “why” behind each suggestion, such as differences in service inclusions, billing models, or regional pricing trends.
Does this use external market data?
No - Ignition’s Price Insights leverages aggregated Ignition proposal data based on prices that clients are actually paying, which makes it far more powerful than any external market data.
What’s the best workflow if I bundle my services?
Create or update individual services in your service library, run price insights for each, then roll changes into proposals as needed.
