To easily manage your Ignition subscription, update your plan, and view past invoices along with any associated payment fees, just head to the Subscription & Billing section of your account.
To View Your Subscription and Billing Information
Log in to your Ignition account.
Click your account name in the bottom-left corner.
Select “Subscription & Billing” from the dropdown menu.
Managing Your Ignition Subscription
On the Subscription & Billing page, you can view your current subscription plan, make changes to it, and compare available plans and pricing options.
Viewing Your Ignition Invoice History
Scroll down the Subscription & Billing page to access your full invoice history.
For each invoice, you have the option to download or view a copy. You will see your subscription plan charges, payment fees as well as any payment fee credit from surcharging (if enabled).
To view and download a PDF copy of your invoice, click the invoice number link.
View Payment Fee Details
Each invoice provides a clear breakdown of associated payment fees, including the client name, invoice amount, processing fees, and any applicable surcharges.
This information is especially useful if you collect payment fees or apply surcharges, offering full transparency into the charges for each client.
Amount: The total amount collected on the invoice
Fee: The payment fee amount
Credit: The credit amount for the payment fee if surcharging is enabled
For more details, click Export to have a CSV emailed with all the transactions for the selected month.
