Can failed payment notifications be sent to another email besides the principal user?

You can elect which email addresses receive payment failure notifications under Settings → Payments → Notifications Email.

You can elect which email addresses receive payment failure notifications by setting these emails in Notifications under Settings → Payments.

By default, the principal user of the account will show here, but you can add more emails and remove the principal user if necessary. 

Multiple emails should be separated by a space.
