Are clients notified when the payment fails to collect or is rejected?

Yes! Ignition will automatically notify the email addresses listed under your client's Notifications tab when this occurs.

Yes! Ignition will automatically notify the email addresses listed under your client's Notifications tab to let them know the payment was rejected.

Clients are able to retry the rejected payment themselves directly from the email.
